2. Products & Natural Characteristics

We offer 100% natural organic fired clay products. All items are displayed with accurate descriptions, dimensions, and images. However, please note that slight natural variations in glaze drips, surface earthen textures, and manual wheel dimensions occur naturally and are the authentic hallmark of hand-thrown pottery.

3. Ordering & Verification Process

• Orders can be placed directly through our online store (clayture.com).
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), direct Bank Account Transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash as accepted payment methods.
• Once an order is booked on the website, it enters our Call Pending status. Our customer verification desk will confirm the delivery details via phone call or WhatsApp message prior to courier dispatch.

4. Pricing & 5% Online Prepayment Discount

• All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Customers selecting advance digital payment via Raqami Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash are eligible for an instant 5% prepayment discount applied at checkout upon valid screenshot proof attachment.
• Parcel Inspection Policy: Customers are encouraged to inspect the outer parcel condition upon delivery before making payment to the courier rider.

5. Location-Based Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Standard retail orders are dispatched via trusted courier networks (TCS / Leopards / Trax) within 5-6 working days across Pakistan.
• Shipping charges are calculated accurately based on the customer's delivery destination city (Core major metros: Rs. 299; Regional commercial hubs: Rs. 380; Distant/Interior cities: Rs. 490) and heavy freight requirements for large floor urns.
• International B2B bulk orders are processed exclusively through our wholesale export channel with door-to-door freight quotes to Jeddah and London.

6. Returns & Damage Replacement Policy

• We offer a comprehensive 7-day replacement guarantee for transit-damaged or defective creations.
• If an item arrives broken or cracked, message our WhatsApp support desk on the delivery date with clear parcel photos and your Order Reference ID. We will dispatch an immediate free replacement or arrange a refund.

7. Account Security

Customers can sign in securely using Google OAuth authentication without passwords. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your device and account sessions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clayture is not liable for indirect losses or unforeseen courier delivery transit delays caused by severe weather conditions, road closures, or logistics strikes beyond our direct control.
